Primary Medicaid Reform needed is Judicial

"The single most important reform is judicial reform," says Governor Mike Huckabee of Arkansas, who spoke at the US Senate Committee on Finance regarding the Future of Medicaid. Governor Huckabee says that Congress and the Department of Health and Human Services need’s to allow governors more authority to make reforms to Medicaid in their own states without the prospect of being sued. In going so state Medicaid programs would have fewer costs in stead of more. (:45)
