President Bush explains cooperative efforts between African countries and the United States to fight AIDS and HIV epidemic.
President Bush says that through cooperation between the United States and some African countries, over 200,000 people have received treatment for HIV/AIDS. He claims they are moving closer to their five-year goal of ensuring that almost two million of those infected are treated for their illness. He stresses the United States’ commitment to help curb the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Africa. (:35)
