Older Americans’ pensions at risk unless legal protection enacted, says AARP Director of Federal Affairs at a Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee hearing.
David Certner, Director of Federal Affairs for the AARP, says changes in private pension systems can discriminate against older workers. He urges Congress to enact legislation that would protect the pensions of older employees. (:59)
