Martin Krongold illustrates the challenges and ailments that veterans face. He also calls attention to the difference between the Veteran’s Association and HUD.
Krongold points out that the homeless veterans today have many hardship to endure, such as aging, drug abuse and post traumatic stress disorder. He also indicates that the difference between VA and HUD is the type of housing the provide for they homeless veterans. (1:02)
