Joseph R. DeTrani, Special Envoy to the Six-Party Talks, discusses North Korea’s nuclear program.
DeTrani says that North Korea is holding on to their outdated nuclear program hoping that the US will further negotiate with them. He also adds that the US needs to inform North Korea that time is running out for both sides. He ends with saying that North and South Korean interactions will be very limited if North Korea does not negotiate its Nuclear Policies.
