McClellan responds that the White House is most concerned with the impact the rising price of oil will have on families and small businesses. He states that Congress must move forward and pass legislation that addresses the root causes of high energy prices. McClellan states that the American economy is strong because of the President’s pro-growth policy. He notes the current unemployment rate is down to 5.1% and that the home ownership rate is at an all time high. (1:52)
