Ellen Johnson, President of the United States Atheists, says it is not the 10 Commandments that are the foundation of basic American law but rather English common law.
Johnson claims the 10 Commandments go against the Bill of Rights and do not allow for religious freedom, as outlined in the United States Constitution. (:48)
