Carol LaGrasse, President of the Property Rights Foundation of America, expresses her feelings towards the Supreme Court ruling on Kelo v. the City of New London.
LaGrasse says the decision to allow local governments to seize people’s homes and businesses against their will is the worst decision that the Supreme Court has ever made. She says the only reason the Supreme Court used to justify this decision was so local governments could improve economically and have more valuable apartments. (1:01)
