Stephen Hadley, the National Security Advisor, discusses the message of President Bush’s trip to Europe at the press briefing on Wednesday.

Hadley states that President Bush intends to send a message to countries about what democracy really requires, which is the inclusion of minorities and open government. Hadley also states that the democratic values that the US and European countries share should serve as a basis for international cooperation. (:39)
