Senator Richard Lugar (R-IN) states secretary Bolton has become closely related with the United States’ efforts to reform the UN.
Senator Lugar states if secretary Bolton goes to the UN it will help achieve reform, Bolton will be in an excellent position to help convince skeptics that reform has occurred and that the UN can be an effective partner in achieving global security. He also says Bolton’s effort to reform the UN will make UN gain in credibility, especially with the American people. (:46)
