Robert de Posada states every nominee deserves an up and down vote and this doesn’t mean that one has to support a certain nominee. By giving the vote, it will be giving the people the chance to gain full representation. He also says Persilla Owen, regarded as one of the most qualified nominee by the GOP, is supported by almost every newspaper in Texas, democrats and republicans. So the denial of the vote of Persilla Owen is unreasonable.(:30)
