Rep. Kevin Brady (R-Tex.) states that Congress must triple its efforts to pass the CAFTA legislation.

Brady believes that people who support free trade and democracy should make a huge effort to pass the CAFTA legislation. He says he is confident that CAFTA will support budding democracies and create jobs in Central America. He says it would be a tragedy if we turn our backs on Central America while we try to construct democracy in Iraq. (:38)
