Burton says, CAFTA-DR and the Indian Free Trade Agreement is not only important as a trade issue, but also because of the economic growth and stability issues. He says he didn’t vote for NAFTA and GATT, not because he doesn’t regard free trade as important, but because he values fair trade over just free trade. Burton says he is in favor of CAFTA-DM issue because democracy, military security and stability are extremely important at this point. (1:05)
