President Bush says that Mikhail Khodorkovsky was found guilty before being given fair trial.

President Bush said he expressed his concerns about the case to Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Bush administration expects the Russian oil tycoon to appeal his nine-year prison sentence. Khodorkovsky was found guilty of fraud, tax evasion and embezzlement. (:33)
