National Security Advisor Stephen Hadley says that President Bush intends to help nations realize democracy is a journey.

Hadley states that the President feels very passionately about spreading freedom and democracy and wants to aid countries in fully understanding what that entails. He stresses the importance of "dealing with minority communities" in democracies. He also states that the President wants to help European countries chart the paths to move their own democracies forward. (1:07)
