Montel Williams, a popular talk show host, author, actor, and activist, explains that he is not asking for decimalization of marijuana, he wants the doctor’s right to prescribe.
Williams, speaking at the terrace of the Cannon House office building, explains that he wants to move marijuana moved from a schedule one drug to a schedule two drug. He then says that marijuana being a schedule one drug it is considered highly addictive and with no medicinal purpose. (:45)
