Don Fehr, Executive Director of Major League Baseball Player’s Association, says he opposes legislation that would impose standards on testing for performance-enhancing drugs.

Fehr says that collective bargaining as is currently used will create more effective testing regime than legislation. He says that there are major differences between America’s major sports leagues and the Olympics which require different methods of policing performance-enhancing drugs. (1:33)
