Bud Selig, commissioner of Major League Baseball, says that MLB will continue to deal with the issue of performance-enhancing drugs without federal legislation.

However, Selig says, he will not resist federal legislation if Congress feels that it is necessary. If Congress does choose to pass legislation, Selig supports H.R. 1862 by Rep. Stearns (R-FL). (1:11)
