Bishop James Tamayo states we have to call upon our elected officials to enact legislation for immigrant workers and their families. The family-based immigration system will help reunify families. This legislation and immigration policy will bring immigrants "out of the shadows" since many who can’t get through our border legally tend to go through other, dangerous routes that can even lead to death.(1:00)
