Vern Ehlers (R-MI) says lack of innovation drives jobs overseas – not the wage difference.

At a press conference on the Math and Science Incentive Act of 2005, co-sponsor Vern Ehlers explains why more and more qualified jobs move overseas. He says our our universities cannot offer qualified people. According to Ehlers, this bill will help solve this problem. (:45)
