Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY) states the importance of pay equality and stresses the importance of the "Paycheck Fairness Act".

Sen. Clinton says the Equal Pay Act was an important step for women to be considered as full equal participants in the workplace. Despite the fact that the Equal Pay Act was passed 40 years ago, women continue to suffer from discrimination in the workplace. She stresses the importance of the "Paycheck Fairness Act" and hopes women will be treated as equal to men under the same working circumstances.
