Senator Dorgan, at the Prescription Drug Importation hearing on S.334 "Pharmaceutical Market Access and Drug Safety Act of 2005" explains, to the committee, parallel trading in Europe, to get lower prices on medications. He continues by saying this isn’t a safety issue anymore it’s an issue of who Congress is siding with the people or the Pharmaceutical industry.
