Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff says DHS must work more closely with the private sector in order to protect the homeland.

Chertoff says that he thinks that the private sector’s security interest is identical to the government’s interest. He also stresses the need of creating marketplace incitement in order to form a more perfect homeland security. (1:15)
