Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice says that we need to have the same expectations for the Middle East as we have for the rest of the world.
Rice says that the U.S. can never deliver democracy to the Middle East, it has to be done by the Arab countries themselves. Rice says demands for democracy are spreading through the region. (1:07)
