Rep. Tubbs Jones, at a town Hall meeting on African Americans and Social Security, describes how if a young person was disabled, that it would cost $400,000 to purchase a private insurance plan which would be guaranteed by social security. She continues by explaining the crowd to tell President Bush that "we want him to get rid of the disparities that cause African Americans to be last hired first fired."(1:11)
