President Bush gives the President of Ukraine his support.
President Bush explains how freedom is speading and that Ukraine is an example along with Afghanistan and Iraq of this change. Bush thanks the President of Ukraine for his vision and he tells him that the United States will stand by the Ukraine during this time of change. (1:12)
