Tanner, answering Senator Wyden’s questions on private investment at the Senate Finance Committee, explains that maybe private investment is risky, but no more then social security, but then Senator Wyden ask why Tanner wants to redirect Social Security funds towards more risk. Tanner explains that he believes in giving workers a choice if they want to stay in the current system or do private investment.(1:06)
