General Richard B. Myers, USAF Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, explains the retention of soldiers in the armed forces is exceeding all goals.
Myers, at the Senate Appropriations subcommittee on Defense, explains that because retention is high with the people that are in the army. This is where they would get people for branches like the army reserves or the National Guard so it is hurting their recruiting there. (:44)
