At a press conference, Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) says her study shows that privatized Social Security is a "real loser."
Boxer describes the system put in place in Texas in 1981 and outlines the details of her study. She says that the "bottom line" is that Americans are better off with the current Social Security system that corrects for inflation. She also notes that minor children are left out of the "Texas plan." (:48)
