At a press briefing following the release of the Weapons of Mass Destruction Intelligence Report, co-chairmen Charles Robb and Laurence Silberman respond to Victoria Jones’s questions. The co-chairmen encourage the Intelligence Community to implement more innovative approaches in fighting the Global War on Terror.
