Shyh-Fang Liu, Visiting CNAPS Fellow at the Brookings Institution, talks about the anti-secession law recently passed in China.

Liu says that the law states that the Taiwan issue is an internal Chinese affair and no outside force (the U.S.) is allowed to interfere. She says we don’t exactly know what the People’s Republic of China intends to do, but using military force remains an option. (1:05)
