Senator Levin (D-MI) expresses concern with the failure of the Defense budget to include vital costs
The Senator raises the point that the Budget fails to include the transformation costs of the Army, nor the costs of continued involvement in Afghanistan and Iraq. He argues that this Defense Budget underestimates the true costs of defense by at least $30 billion.(1:27)
