Senator Kent Conrad (D-ND), ranking member on the Senate Budget Committee, speaks about the President’s supplemental request.
Conrad says the Administration is not clearly sharing what the costs of the war will be. He compares Bush’s budget to a family saying it’s hard to estimate what the utility bill will be, so they leave it out of the family budget. (:50)
