Senator John Kerry (D-MA) talks about the deficit.
Even though Bush claims that this budget cuts the deficit in half in five years, the Congressional Budget Office estimates that America will face over $5 trillion in new debt because of the President. He also says that almost 8 cents of every tax dollar goes toward paying interest on the debt whereas only 2 cents are paid for education. (1:08)
