Senator John Kerry (D-MA) points out dishonesty in the Bush’s budget.
Kerry claims that the money the administration is planning to spend
for military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan and for Bush’s Social
Security scheme are not counted in this budget. He also says that
though the President said that he wouldn’t spend any of the money in
the Social Security Trust Fund, Bush is spending all of it. (0:52)
