Senator Kennedy at the Senate Radio/TV Gallery expressed regret for the defeat of the Schumer amendment. He says how this amendment would remove protection for people who commit violence or threats of violence and then use bankruptcy as a shield. Senator Kennedy then goes into more detail about why the Republicans would defeat this amendment. (:50)
