Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-MA), on Strengthening Enforcement and Border Security talking about how al Qaeda falsifies passports in different ways.
Kennedy refers to a survey done by the American Federation of Government Employees last summer, saying that customs and border patrol employees do not have sufficient support, tools or training to stop terrorists from entering the country according to them. He also explains how al Qaeda altered passports in four different ways. (:30)
