Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff answers Rep. John Carter (R-TX) about how to enforce illegal immigration.
Chertoff says he is a strong believer in enforcing the law. If a law exists, we should enforce it otherwise there is no point of having the law. He says that it is important to stop illegal immigration and that he wants to use more technology in order to be able to cover larger areas. (1:24)
