Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff about his management and how he wants to lead DHS.
Chertoff says he wants to look at the DHS with new eyes and correct the problems with the department. He says that he believes in feedback, and he wants to hear about problems, because that’s how we correct them. I am not interested in blaming people, but I am interested in improvement, Chertoff finishes. (:54)
