Rep. William Jefferson (D-LA) Criticizes President Bush’s Plan to Reform Social Security
Rep. William Jefferson argues that President Clinton’s plan to reform Social Security was challenged by congressional Republicans during an era of large budget surpluses. Jefferson states that during the current period of budget deficits the Bush plan for Social Security is irresponsible. (1:05)
