Rep. Lantos speaking at the House hearing on steroid use explains the problem of people that are viewed as role models who consider themselves above the law. He also calls Dr. Elliot Pellman’s testimony pathetically unpersuasive and that he dramatically under estimates the intelligence of the panel in presenting his arguments.(1:16)
