Rep. Ed Royce (R-CA) talks about America’s policy of the fight against terrorism.
Royce says that though the UN has the potential of adding value in
fighting terrorism, America should realize that many UN member states
don’t share the same values with the U.S. He also claims that the best
policy for America is to work closely with allies against terrorism and
sometimes "alone if we must". (:36)
