Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) talks about the issue of health care.
Frank states that America needs to find a way to fill the gap between skilled workers and unskilled workers, as the gap widens with a growing economy. He also says that a big part of that is health care. Frank claims that America is in a unique situation where people receive health care from their jobs and it is time to find a different way to pay for coverage. (:38)
