Rafael Palmeiro, a baseball player for the Baltimore Orioles, denies Jose Canseco’s account of him using steroids.
Rafael Palmeiro at the House hearing on steroid use states that he has never used steroids. He says that the reference to him in Canseco’s book is false, and that Canseco is an advocate for the increase in steroid use by all athletes.
