President Bush on democracy in Iraq.

In a speech at the National Defense University President Bush said the process of democracy taking shape in Iraq can serve as an inspiration to Iran and other countries. The formation of a new permanent Iraqi constitution should lie solely in the hands of Iraqis themselves. (:33)
