John Murphy, Vice-President of International Brotherhood of Teamsters, criticizes the Boozman Amendment.

Murphy points out that drivers have 3 hours of non-driving time to rest within the current 14 hour on-duty period. He also states that the Amendment does nothing but extend a driver’s workday for another 2 hours. (:39)
