Imad Moustapha, Syria’s Ambassador to the United States discusses how Syria did not have plans to rule Lebanon.

Imad Moustapha, speaking at Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service Center for Contemporary Arab Studies, explains that even though Syria did commit mistakes in Lebanon, they did not try to take control of Lebanon. He also explains that Syria is complying with UN Security Council resolution 1559. (:35)
