Imad Moustapha, Syria’s Ambassador to the United States candidly speaks about how Syria needs to change.

Imad Moustapha, speaking at Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service Center for Contemporary Arab Studies, explains that change in Syria is not being stopped by the people that are in government, it is opposed by a class in Syria that thinks reform will hurt it’s vested interest. He goes on to say that Syria has had many conflicts to work through but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. (1:02)
