House Representative Charles B. Rangel (D-NY) on President Bush’s Social Security Privatization Plan.
At the Congressional Black Caucus hearing today, Representative Charles B. Rangel states that solvency is the pressing issue in Social Security and that the President should not be pushing for private accounts since it has little to do with solvency. He says that a solution to Social Security cannot be achieved unless done so in a bipartisan way. (:55)
