Honorable John J. Gibbons, former Chief Judge of the Third Circuit of Appeals, addresses the issue of healthcare in New Jersey state prisons

Honorable John J. Gibbons stated that one of the major issues in the New Jersey state prisons is healthcare. Gibbons gives a rather gruesome example of what no healthcare in the prison system is like and through the work of the Commission, healthcare will be one of the serious problems that will be resolved.
